Gayle Yamamoto was born and raised in Victoria, B.C. where she began her training in the performing arts. After several appearances in stage productions and landing a few roles for film and television, she made the move to Vancouver to continue training and persue a career in screen acting. She is a graduate of New Image College of Fine Arts and an accomplished professional Polynesian dancer.
